The Position

Due to growth, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Marketing Coordinators.

Duties will be based on the skill set of the successful applicant, however we envisage that you will be responsible for:-

• Coordinating all social media activity;

• Coordinating email marketing campaigns;

• Uploading website content;

• Basic graphic design including updating existing brochures, information guides and flyers, etc.;

• Coordinating internal and external events;

• Coordinating advertising campaigns;

• Supporting the legal teams with their marketing, networking and business development activities;

• Coordinating client communications;

• Ordering of promotional/marketing material;

• Other general marketing administrative duties;

• Project work as required.

The Person

The successful applicant will be self motivated and will possess the following:

• Previous experience in a similar role;

• High level of attention to detail;

• Excellent communication skills;

• A flexible and efficient manner and the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks;

• Tertiary marketing qualifications (highly desirable);

• Experience using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop;

• Strong administrative skills.

Hours of work are to be agreed upon between the successful applicant and the practice and may vary due to work levels.

This position would suit someone looking to work flexible hours around study and/or family commitments.
