About you

No doubt you are a recent marketing graduate who has excelled throughout your studies, and has a strong understanding of how sales and marketing work together and interrelate. 

You’re a creative thinker, find consumer behaviour fascinating, and never run out of ideas or ways to improve a business through multiple channels.
  
Your studies have set you up well from a marketing perspective, whilst your part-time job in sales or customer service has allowed you to see understand how powerful the marketing message can impact on the customer and ultimately sales.  

You also have an incredible ability to instantly forge relationships and build rapport with customers You know that working within a small team requires extra hands on deck, and you would describe yourself as a team player, but you also strive in autonomous roles.

Finally, your thirst for learning and your desire to be successful means that you are always pushing yourself to strive for greater success. This has been evident through your internships, and measures taken to be proactive about your career.



About the role

In this newly created role, you’ll be adding significant value through balancing Sales, Customer Service and Marketing. You will be required to;

• Implement marketing initiatives that will have a strategic impact
• Developing content and managing all social media platforms
• Selling training courses over the phone in a consultative manner
• Progressing payments and deposits
• Have an open platform to implement your marketing ideas (open to your suggestions!)
• Create promotional materials, including brochures

Selection Criteria 

To be successful for this incredible opportunity, you must have the following;

• Marketing degree or relevant qualification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident selling through features and benefits
• Excellent IT & computer skills are highly desirable
• Positive disposition and energetic personality
• Committed to process improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
