The Role

We are currently looking to secure the services of an experienced marketing professional to join us as our Marketing Services Coordinator.

This role operates at a national level executing marketing strategies and projects in line with the overall Hindmarsh company strategy. As the Marketing Services Coordinator your role is focused heavily on Project Marketing specifically the development and implementation of strategies and campaigns for our retirement business. You will also support our construction business on any strategies, events, functions and sponsorship's that will require your expertise nationally.

 

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Developing digital marketing strategies / social media content across the business

  • Managing and delivering external communications across the business

  • Partner closely with Hindmarsh business units and third parties to implement the brand strategy.

  • Support marketing efforts through the development and maintenance of relevant processes, content and materials.

  • Project manage marketing and communications projects.

  • Creating and managing media schedules for distribution to clients and vendors

  • Booking media space and ensuring that relevant copy and creative is supplied on time

  • Liaising with creative agencies and managing online requirements

  • Preparing correspondence and reports in relation to marketing and media initiatives.

 

Role Criteria:

  • Marketing degree (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years' previous experience in a relevant Marketing & Communications position.
  • Previous experience in the Construction / Property Development sectors
  • Demonstrable project marketing experience 
  • Experience using In-design, Photoshop and Microsoft office would be an advantage.
