This is a creative agency who started out working in the digital space and has progressed to full-service advertising and continues to develop their service offering staying true to their core service of digital and CX. Starting in the Sydney market have now spread the word to Melbourne with a team of 20 in the Melbourne CBD office. 

Now on the hunt for an account manager to join their growing team working on one of their most sophisticated and diverce accounts. 

The role: 
- Reporting into an established and very supportive group account director.
- Responsible for your own projects within the team while working collaboratively 
- Predominantly data-driven CX, digital and CRM work scope then communicated across integrated channels.
- Classic account management work, briefing studio, managing timelines, budgets, client comms and stakeholder management

Who this would suit:
- Someone who is interested in creating measurable digital campaigns

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and problem solve as you go 
- Experience working within a digital, CX, CRMA or integrated creative agency
