The Company

Bluefin Resources are excited to be working with this well-known and established entertainment and gaming organisation based in Sydney. Having worked with them in the past, the current role is an opportunity we are extremely excited to be involved in. Looking to implement change within the marketing team and really drive and develop the company culture and strategic plan, they are looking for a Campaign Executive with experience in Loyalty and CRM to drive strategies and deliver campaigns across direct and intermediate channels.

The Role

The role will see you becoming a key part of the business operations, in order to provide key communication to existing members and partners. You will coordinate with key stakeholder groups across the internal business and partners developing all Loyalty CRM Campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities will include but are not limited too;

• Conceptualise, develop and deploy personalised customer and loyalty direct marketing campaigns targeting key segments to specifically increase customer retention, visitation and increase customer spend across single and multi-channel formats.
• Develop, evaluate and provide recommendations on all customer relationship & loyalty programs utilising pre and post campaign analysis and key metrics ie. Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
• Manage the end to end development of CRM campaigns including but not limited to briefing, creative development and production, eDM HTML build, DM data delivery, mail house briefs, proofs and lodgements.
• Maintain the marketing communications calendar, proactively make recommendations to align the schedule in line with priorities and communicate accordingly.
• Liaise with the Loyalty Insights team to incorporate and test customer insights and models with loyalty marketing campaign and programs.
• Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand, contribute and deliver on business objectives.
• Prepare bottom up customer and loyalty budget forecasts, track and monitor costs to ensure no over expenditure to budget and continued improvements in ROMI metrics.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement in customer retention, visitation and customer profitability.
• Assist with general admin across team in relation to campaigns as required.

The Person

With a minimum of 3 years' proven experience working in marketing, loyalty or CRM roles with the ability to deliver on marketing results. As well as experience in campaign management you will also understand digital communication across varied software packages e.g. salesforce, responses etc

Managing end to end CRM Campaigns across multiple channels including direct, email, SMS and call centre will come naturally to you. A key piece of experience you will need is working across multiple stakeholder networks, as a proactive and hands on Campaign Exec you will be confident enough to work in a sometimes demanding and very fast paced environment.
