Our established healthy lifestyle company based on the Gold Coast is currently looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Assistant to join our small dynamic team.

Over the past 14 years we’ve carved out a niche in the natural wellness space throughout Australia, by offering live events, online education and product solutions via our e-commerce store.

Our primary marketing activities are centered around content creation, delivered to our existing audience via Social Media channels and Email Direct Marketing. Together with strategies for SEO optimization, Facebook and Google Ads etc. all of these activities combine to grow our online community, attract attendees to our live events and customers for our online store.

Having recently completed a refresh of our brand, we are now looking for a multi-skilled, digital marketing savvy individual to join our team and assist with our next stage of growth.

The key facets and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Monitoring and optimizing our existing social media channels to increase engagement and followers;
• Graphic design for daily social media posts and banner design for weekly EDM’s;
• Loading EDM campaigns into our email platform and monitoring open rates, click-throughs and engagement to determine success;
• Optimizing EDM’s through list targeting and split-testing;
• Loading and disabling promotions in our e-commerce store;
• Installing and Monitoring action-intent ‘Pop-Ups’ to improve data capture and cart-to-checkout results for our store;
• Identifying special promo opportunities for items in our product range based on store sales and stock data analysis;
• Identifying new content opportunities for the creation of topical Blog and Social Media posts for our community;
• Assisting with special projects and the implementation of ideas designed to grow our email list and store sales;
• Assisting with daily monitoring of our social media pages and groups.

You’ll need the following attributes and skills to be successful in this role:

• High level of creativity, graphic design and video editing skills;
• A firm grasp on social media growth dynamics;
• Experience working with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform;
• Experience working with an EDM platform like MailChimp or Klaviyo;
• An ability to analyse data and identify opportunities;
• The ability to work both under direction and autonomously;
• A high level of initiative;
• You must be reliable and a team player with a happy can-do attitude.
