Job Description 

A fast growing, award-winning specialist Small Business Lender is seeking a stand out, experienced, motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of the marketing & partner strategies for an exciting and fast-growing finance business.

The role will be responsible for managing and executing internal and external communications, eDMs, collateral, sales materials, pitches, as well as social, event and partner-related activities.

You will be part of a successful and motivated team with common values and goals.

We are a fast-paced, high-growth business and we are looking for a motivated self-starter who is flexible yet detail-oriented, has a good aesthetic eye but can also understand numbers to track campaigns and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

The role is full time and based in North Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and management of customer acquisition and retention campaigns and materials
• Prepare and maintain attractive sales collateral for direct and partner channels including eDMs, brochures, as well as presentations
• Managing our Events and Conferences schedule including all related materials
• Manage our social activities on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other related channels
• Create and manage campaign landing pages
• Create and manage team updates and newsletters
• Sourcing and creating interesting company ‘loot’ for clients and partners
• Leverage and be familiar with available digital channels (email, landing pages and more) and available marketing tools including MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics, Unbounce, Pardot and Salesforce
• Work closely with the team to ensure business objectives are aligned
• Manage contractor workforce for execution of marketing tasks
• Measure campaign results, making adjustments as needed.
• Efficiently and accurately execute multiple concurrent projects on a fast-paced schedule, within deadline and aligned with business objectives

We are looking for a person with the following capability and experience:

• Prior Marketing experience is a must and at least 3 years in marketing support roles.
• Financial Services experience is preferred.
• Adobe Suite products expertise to produce marketing materials
• Experience successfully managing small marketing projects (manage timelines, deliverables, etc.) to drive core KPIs
• Hands-on experience of eDM campaign creation and management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficient with eDM engines such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor or Pardot
• Experience in website basics
• Working experience of Customer Relationship Management system(s), preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Responsible self-starter, innovative thinker, analytic, detail oriented; comfortable in a results -driven business environment
• Good level of numeracy and basic statistics so that you can effectively measure campaign results
