What's the role?
We're searching for an energetic Account Executive to join our Victoria Sales team based at our Southbank office. As an Account Executive, you will provide day to day support to a team of Account Managers which could see you interacting with high-profile clients, making bookings, developing presentations for proposals, preparing media schedules, and utilising various systems. This is a great entry-level role for an aspiring media professional who is looking for a career move into this exciting and evolving media arena!
Who you are
Within this true support role, you'll get the opportunity to work closely with Account Managers across a variety of VIC accounts. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would suit an outgoing, well-spoken communicator who enjoys managing relationships with numerous stakeholders and juggling multiple priorities. You will liaise closely with both internal and external stakeholders via email, phone and face to face to ensure seamless campaign delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.
You'll be an energetic go-getter with strong administration and/or sales support experience and a keen eye for detail and solid computer skills. Exposure to sales in a media agency or consumer related industry is ideal however not a deal-breaker. You'll be eager to gain experience within media and advertising and have a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be known for your excellent communication skills, results-driven approach and enthusiastic nature.
