Are you passionate about marketing, promotions, events and social media?  

We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team based at Lander Toyota in Blacktown. 

We are looking for someone who is digitally savvy with a strong attention to detail to ensure one of our largest car dealerships is generating exposure and maintaining contact with its customer base through CRM marketing, event management, social media, digital promotions, campaigns, and communications!
  
In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

• Website maintenance and monitoring (including SEO) through a CMS
• Event Management
• Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Google)
• Email campaigns and database management
• Media bookings
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers, agencies and sponsorships
• Coordination and execution of CRM campaigns
• Weekly and monthly marketing reporting
• Ensuring brand compliance and consistency with manufacturer guidelines
• Managing the Marketing budget
• Administrative duties
• Investigating new marketing opportunities

The ideal candidate must be passionate about all aspects of marketing and keen to make a difference in the automotive industry!

The successful applicant will also possess:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Public Relations, Business or Communications
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Experience using online media to engage audiences which will enhance the AHG brand
• Copywriting exposure
• Experience in database marketing and maintenance
• Good quality writing skills and use of grammar
• Intermediate skill within the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic to intermediate experience in Adobe suite (primarily Photoshop or InDesign)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships (both internally and externally)
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
