The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with excellent stakeholder and time management skills. Experience liaising with creative and media agencies is a mandatory. The candidate will be able to hit the ground running and is happy to work autonomously with support from their colleagues and senior brand officers as needed. The range of responsibilities include:
- Manage a range of administrative and operational tasks relating to the corporate brand and grants programs, including ongoing management of invoicing and budget reconciliations
- Implementation of activities that increase public awareness of grants programs.
- Liaising with agencies and suppliers in relation to daily work, including briefing, implementation and monitoring campaign effectiveness to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
- Contribute to the review and improvement of business strategies and processes associated with the Marketing and Sales business unit.
- Collaboration and consultation with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of team and broader business objective.
- Police Clearance is essential.
