Applications are invited for the position of Digital Content Editor within the Commercial team. Your main priority will be to manage Synergy’s internal digital channels and ensure consistency of design and content of corporate messages to promote stakeholder awareness and engagement. You will design, manage and publish content, and assist business units to self-generate content to share information about their various business initiatives.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Design, edit and publish content including news items, video, graphics and promotional material suitable for various internal digital platforms, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and quality of corporate messaging
- Manage digital platforms including any functional enhancements and promote the use of interactive applications such as Yammer
- Establish sustainable and healthy relationships with stakeholders and between business units through effective and consistent communication
- Work as part of the corporate communications team to build an informed and engaged workplace
Our ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:
- Experience managing digital platforms, and generating and publishing content
- Tertiary qualifications in a communications or business related discipline
- Experience in corporate/mass communications
- Strong organisational, implementation and prioritisation skills
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication, design ability and presentation skills
- Creative with a great attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously to assist and/or lead with projects
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to problem solve and manage stakeholders
