Our medium but fast growing Digital Marketing and Social Media Management Agency is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and ambitious self-starter who wants to gain a foothold in digital / social media marketing.

Based in our Sydney office in Crows Nest, you will report to the Client Success Manager.

A basic understanding in Social Media is desirable. However what's most important is your creative & analytical skills for when working on client accounts as well as your basic business acumen. You will need to be able to be proactive on client accounts and be able to handle direction well. Also we will be looking for leadership qualities for future growth.
Preferably you will have worked in a business or creative environment previously, however no experience is necessary for a person who is the right fit for the role as all training is provided for. You will also have an appreciation for digital marketing and its expanding importance for businesses and companies alike.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Account creative content management.
• Customer liaising and ensuring customer satisfaction is at a high standard.
• Working with the Client Success Manager and Growth Director in ensuring that all client accounts are progressing with key calendar timeframes.
• Account social media advertising creation for key accounts.
