An exciting position has emerged for an enthusiastic marketing professional to join Hitachi Power Tools Australia, Head Office team as a Product Manager.

We seek an energetic, ambitious and team orientated professional to achieve marketing and product goals.

To be regarded for this role you should possess a proven track record in product management as an Assistant or Product Manager, ideally with a degree or qualifications in Marketing. You will have mechanical aptitude and have a willingness to learn and grow with the business. It is essential that you are able to work autonomously, but also within a team environment. This position will report into the Senior Product Manager, you will liaise closely with internal sales personnel and external overseas offices as well as with external customers. The expectation is that you successfully manage these relationships meaning you need the ability to think fast, have excellent communication skills, flexibility and be adaptable in approach.

Power tool knowledge and the ability to develop sound commercial decisions across all trade channels will be highly regarded. After initial training you will need the confidence to speak publicly as there you will be required to attend shows and exhibitions where you will represent the company and its products. This also entails some weekend work throughout the seasons.
