The Role
In this role you will be responsible for providing best practice internal communications advice and delivery, supporting information flow across the Guild Group’s five key business areas. You will develop, implement and evaluate internal communications strategies and activities across the Group, in order to support information flow and understanding. You will also support the CEO and Executive team to communicate their vision and business strategy, helping to bring this to life for all Guild Group employees (including the national and offshore office network). As a member of the People & Culture team, you will be key in helping to support employee engagement through best-practice internal communications across a range of channels including: intranet, EDM publications, Town Halls and video. You will provide internal communications advice and support for key business projects, developing and evolving the internal communications offering and measuring its effectiveness.
About You
You are a highly experienced internal communications specialist, preferably gained within complex or matrixed businesses. Tertiary qualified in communications, public relations or journalism, you have proven experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of internal communications strategies. Most importantly, you have a high degree of flexibility, able to pivot from developing strategy and dealing with senior stakeholders, to creating and delivering internal communications to the highest standard across multiple channels.
You have a high attention to detail and are looking to innovate and add value while maintaining and improving existing internal communications channels.
