About the role
This role is fast paced and will definitely keep you on your toes! You will be:
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish
- Keeping candidates updated on their job applications
- Manage and grow your own client portfolio through business development
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Create your own candidate base through advertising and interviewing
About you
While we don’t expect you to be the full package yet, your past experience would include:
- Experience in a sales or target based environment
- The ability to be creative and think on your feet
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Building strong relationships, both within a business and with candidate
