About the role

As the Content Management Specialist, you will work in partnership with key stakeholders in eCommerce, Platforms & Marketing teams across all product lines to manage the timely update of web content changes and to ensure our portfolio of Suncorp group websites are best practice and optimised for success.  Embrace new technologies (e.g. AEM, Styleguide, etc) & processes to identify & deliver superior outcomes to customers & the wider teams.

More specifically you will:

• Work with the OX (Online Experience), UX (User Experience) & Insights Teams within eCommerce to group websites are optimised for sales conversion & best customer experience as per business requirements and within scheduled timeframes
• Work with numerous teams to support timely updates of existing & new content being delivered across Group Suncorp websites
• Provide advice on the most efficient delivery of website changes so that they are implemented in a cost effective and timely manner
• Prioritise & deliver website changes by assessing the value to website users & Suncorp
• Share information regarding the status of website requests to ensure that stakeholders are well informed
• Work collaboratively with BT (Business Technology) front end developers to explore the best ways to code, implement and leverage available technology applications
• Provide specifications and website limitations to stakeholders to ensure assets delivered are optimised.
• Show strong team leadership and support with peers to manage workload, share thought leadership & continue to focus on ways to improve

Knowledge and Experience

• A tertiary qualification in Multimedia, Business, or Content Management is desirable
• Proven experience working to deadlines in complex environments and working autonomously and as part of a team
• Expertise in customer-based design and usability trends
• Working knowledge of web technologies HTML, CSS & AEM
• Sound understanding web best practices & SEO
• Deep knowledge of online design best practice is desirable
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and Lean principles is desirable
• Experience working with AEM & Drupal CMS is desirable
• Ablility to use Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Acrobat is desirable
