With Retail Zoo’s brands continuing to expand and innovate, the growing Digital team require the services of an enthusiastic Digital Project Manager!

Reporting to the Chief Technical Innovation Officer, you will be responsible for project managing digital solutions for marketing campaigns from end to end. You will continue to bring together world class thinking and develop first to market campaigns!

In a nutshell, you will be:

Overseeing scope, planning, budgeting, definition and initiation of digital projects. You will project manage resources and teams to deliver web-based projects and digital solutions.

• Manage projects, resources and timelines within the Digital team, liaising with all other internal departments
• Plan and execute all digital customer journeys including EDM, push and display advertising campaigns
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

We think the candidate of our dreams will have:

• A proven track record of managing large digital marketing projects utilising Jira or Monday
• Experience of creating successful digital marketing campaigns across all channels
• Experience in creating customer journeys through EDM, push notifications, SEO/SEM, PPC and content.
• Strong team management and organisational skills
• Experience of managing large budgets and working with multiple internal stakeholders
• A good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and CMS systems, including WordPress
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously
• A good working knowledge of the latest Google algorithms, Google Analytics and Google Adwords
• Experience with A/B testing would also be an advantage
• Retail digital experience preferred
