We are looking for an experienced and passionate brand marketer looking for career progression.
 
Your Opportunity 
 
An exciting opportunity exists within our Nescafe team for an experienced Marketer to join the business as a Brand Manager. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing on the Nescafe mixers range, developing regional plans, activated locally.  This position is also charged with the responsibility of both short and medium term consumer activities, including new product development, creating engaging brand experiences and hands on responsibility of optimising marketing spend. This will provide great exposure to global and local stakeholders.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Activation of the consumer and brand activities through digital and experiential formats
  • Managing relationships with advertising and media agencies as well as key internal stakeholders such as sales, category, insights and supply chain.
  • Strategic input into the regional plan across Australia and New Zealand, championing the Australian consumers, shoppers and customers. 
  • Management of NPD projects.
 
About You
 
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, pragmatic, a team player, upholds high integrity, and is results focussed. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Brand Manager, with a minimum of 3years experience. You will be tertiary qualified, and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential for this role, as you will need to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third party providers. This role requires travel to New Zealand approximately 4 times annually.
