The Opportunity

Due to continued growth within our business we now require the services of an experienced Customer Relationship Manager.  Your role will work closely with the Customer Loyalty Manager to develop and execute the CRM strategy for our OTR business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and profiling customer information to capitalise on data driven marketing opportunities across the business
  • Evaluation of CRM process and recommend / make changes where required
  • Work with the Loyalty, digital and brand marketing teams to develop engaging and creative campaigns
  • Analysis and utilisation of customer data and insights to increase customer engagement, loyalty and spend.
  • Retain and increase customer activity through targeted and integrated communication initiatives.
  • Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Click Dimensions Campaign Management tools.
  • Develop customer segments across multiple brands to achieve higher engagement, cut through and campaign ROI.
  • Segment and market to customer to deliver a measurable trend of increased visit and spend (customer value).
  • Continuous improvement of Loyalty Strategy and CRM tactics.
  • After hours work, may be required.

The Successful candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or similar
  • Prior experience developing and driving a CRM strategy
  • Experience in Loyalty marketing and CRM and digital marketing  
  • Experience managing a large customer database
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar CRM platform
  • Strong understanding of segment marketing fundamentals and practices ideally from the FMCG, Tourism, Retail or Customer Facing landscape
  • Excellent grammar skills with an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
