Our business of over 120 employees possesses unparalleled expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, content creation, facilitation, review, and program evaluation.  

We are recruiting for a unique professional to join the Products and Solutions team as Evaluation Manager. This role will manage and grow the evaluation practice area and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our programs and services are continually 'world class'.   

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Designing and building program and project evaluation frameworks,  

  • Leading and managing the data collection and analysis (including surveys and focus groups) 

  • Preparing evaluation reports demonstrating ROI to our clients for our major behaviour change programs and other consulting engagements 

  • Providing subject matter expertise into Karrikins' tenders and proposals.    

To be successful in this role you will have:  

  • A background in a commercial research, insights or consulting environment   

  • Broad knowledge in program design and innovative evaluation frameworks methods, with some experience in focus group facilitation and interviewing 

  • Strong client relationship management and consulting skills - including project scoping, estimation, project planning and quality control  

  • Knowledge of behaviour change models / community interventions 

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with ability to interpret data to support evaluation outputs 

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills – with the ability to ideate and support evaluation outputs and storytelling to a variety of audiences 

  • Qualifications in Social Science, Education, Psychology, Social Sciences or Applied Sciences, or similar   

Desirable  attributes 

  • People management experience with the ability to develop, coach and manage a small team and contractors in an agile environment  

  • Strategic networking, presentation and thought leadership capability
