About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Administration Assistant – Health and Wellbeing to join our Marketing team located in Bella Vista.  Reporting to the Brand Manager this role will provide general administration support and co-ordinate and manage a range of marketing activities across the Amway health and Wellbeing brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Brand Management function by daily undertaking a wide range of general administrative tasks including pricing, promotion set up, inventory management and products.
  • Develop Communication written briefs and ensure all communication touch points are aligned with Sales & Marketing objectives and convey a consistent and complete message.
  • Ensuring all IBO (Amway distributors) and consumer-facing information is accurate and current.
  • Coordinating and executing a range of marketing projects and events including product launches, conferences and other events.
  • Managing a large portfolio of product information.
  • Attending weekend conferences and/or events 2 - 3  times per year with possible interstate travel required

Experience and Skills required

  • Marketing tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years marketing & administration related experience with digital focus preferred
  • Have strong administrative skills.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles.
  • You will be highly organised and have a strong ability to multi task.
  • Sound communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
