The Role

Reporting to the Regional Director and based in our Sydney CBD office, as the Tenders and Proposals Coordinator, your role will be responsible for supporting the team of Interior Designers and Architects to win new business and projects by delivering market leading tender submissions and presentations. This will include working with the team to analyse briefs, coming up with creative concepts for documents, writing and editing proposals and using your skills in Indesign to create edgy documents. You will assist the office with administrative tasks and be the face of our Sydney office by meeting and greeting staff and clients.

The person

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing or Communications with 1+ years’ experience working on tenders and experience using Indesign would be preferred but note essential. You will be eager to learn and work as part of a high energy team. You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working on team based administration tasks.
