UnitingCare Queensland (UCQ) provides health and community services to thousands of people every day of the year through its services – UnitingCare Health, Child and Family Services, Disability & Lifestyle Support Services, Blue Care and ARRCS (Australian Regional and Remote Community Services)

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an Internal Communications Advisor to join our Corporate Affairs team. This role supports us in reaching and engaging with our more than 26,000 employees and volunteers.
You will plan and produce a wide range of internal communication, including:
- Providing best practice internal communications advice
- Developing and coordinating communication and engagement plans
- Planning and delivering effective communication materials
- Creating content for our internal communication channels including intranets, e-zines and events
This is a permanent full-time role based in the Brisbane CBD.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have at least 3 years’ experience as an internal communications professional with:
- A proven ability to deliver high quality communication outcomes in complex environments
- Strong writing and editing experience for online and offline communication channels
- Strong communication planning skills and experience
- Strong internal stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Prior experience working across a range of internal digital communication platforms
