About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications in this newly created role you will be part of a dynamic team that will be focused on the ongoing expansion of its services:
- This is a terrific opportunity to develop the new internal communications strategy and implement it with a focus on employee engagement and culture;
- Assist the marketing team with the communications to rollout the brand refresh;
- Develop content for a diverse internal and external audiences including videos, internal and external newsletters, social media, press releases, brochures, website, intranet, etc;
- Developing and writing engaging content for internal and external channels. There is also a copy writer on hand; and
- Support senior executive team with their communication strategies and execution.
Skills & Experience
To be successful this person will have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications either in communications, marketing or related field;
- Strong strategic communication skills but also able to bring the communications strategy to life;
- Strong organisational and project management skills;
- Excellent written, grammar and spelling skills;
- Ability to write consistently in relation to style and tone;
- Demonstrated experience across internal and external communications; and
- Excellent stakeholder management.
