Are you a recent marketing graduate? Do you have a passion for Digital Marketing and the desire to grow your experience in a fast paced agency? Clue is seeking a confident, marketing assistant to the digital marketing manager that loves a challenge and has a broad understanding of digital marketing. Under the direction and guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of a small collaborative team working on a range of different client campaigns that are based on sound marketing principles using the latest digital techniques, hacks, tactics and tools. At Clue, our Digital Marketing team works very closely with our clients to implement cutting-edge high-end campaign strategies balanced with their internal corporate marketing strategies, we therefore require the candidate to have strong marketing administrative skills that can help the digital marketing manager in delivering our high end marketing techniques and strategies.

Our campaigns span a wide range of digital channels and focus on outcomes, they include but are not limited to, Branding, Marketing Strategy, Content Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Advertising, Retargeting, Growth Hacking, Community Management, Social Media Marketing and E-mail Marketing. This industry continues to grow at a rapid pace and we are after an individual that understands that they need to be ahead of the game. That means experimenting with new tools and techniques is part of the role and with that comes pushing the boundaries.

We are growing rapidly and require a highly motivated individual that is prepared to support this division of the business and will be rewarded accordingly. You will be part of a collaborative marketing team working out of a killer office in South Perth where collaboration and innovation drives our success. 

Responsibilities:

• Learn, grow and advocate all that is digital marketing.
• Marketing activities in support of the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Learn and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
• Collaborating with the digital marketing manager and internal teams.
• Laisse with clients and partners on all things digital marketing.
• Produce and evaluate monthly and quarterly campaign reports.
• Contribute to the company’s digital marketing plan and execution.
• Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
• Graphic design and image preparation.
• Client content population, product and category management.
• Preparing and analysing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager in service design and delivery.
• Organising market research initiatives.
• Updating social media, website content, advertising and analytics.
• Assist in the development and distribution of marketing material.
• Data entry and analysis.
• Liaise with campaign managers, specialists, contractors, or freelancers.
• Monitor and communicate campaign performance to various stakeholders.
• Setup, Monitoring and ongoing analysis of Google Analytics.
• Test new tools, methods, and techniques as directed to maximise results.
• Draft and submit digital marketing proposals.
• Develop new techniques and tactics to maximise campaign results.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:

• Passionate about digital marketing is a must!
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Recent marketing graduate, Diploma in the field of Marketing, Communications, PR or Advertising or related discipline.
• Up-to-date and knowledgeable with current Internet technologies and trends
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented.
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Flexible during times of change.
• Desirable: Certification in Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook, Instagram.
• Desirable: Experience with digital channels Content Marketing, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation.
• Valid Passport and availability to travel.
