The Marketing Analytics, Digital and Engagement team drives digital marketing innovation and student recruitment activities at Curtin to keep pace with the market, improve effectiveness and meet changing customer expectations.  The team is responsible for the creation and management of a seamless digital marketing experience, marketing insights and account based marketing including future student outreach and recruitment strategies.   

Your new role

In the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator - Nurture under the leadership of the Digital Engagement Manager, you will support and champion Curtin's Marketing Automation strategy and engagement platforms. These duties will include but not be limited to identifying meaningful opportunities throughout the customer journey and developing capabilities to optimise conversion, implementation and optimisation of data using a marketing automation platform and integration tools, reporting on performance of digital marketing initiatives, campaigns and platforms and develop, implement, and maintain quality content and imagery across a range of digital platforms.

Those with experience using a marketing automation platform or CRM and knowledge of data segmentation and campaign workflow configuration would be well placed in this role.

You will bring to the role

  • Completion of a relevant degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant extensive experience and/or education/training
  • Demonstrated ability to become proficient with a Marketing Automation platform.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data segmentation and campaign workflow configuration. 
  • Proven track record of high quality digital content writing and design.
  • Demonstrated experience in a range of digital marketing technologies, specifically content management systems, CRMs, analytic tools and social media publishing.
  • Proven experience in using initiative to manage and trouble-shoot web content issues
  • Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills in a client-focused environment with cross-cultural sensitivity.
