We’re looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering world-class B2B customer experiences and an end-to-end marketing program fostering innovation in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation and Data analytics.

As a key player on the Commercial Print marketing team you will be helping us transform HP’s commercial business by harnessing the power of 1st and 3rd party data to create digital marketing journeys and lead generation programs based on customer behaviors and contractual sales cycles. You will help us deliver personalized customer experiences that bridge the gap between digital and physical worlds to form long-term relationships that drive consideration and revenue.

As the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be a subject-matter expert within the business. You will be collaborating with product teams, sales teams and external partners in the creation and delivery of end to end campaigns, leads managements and F2F events. You’ll have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders in strategy setting, hands-on implementation, project management, data analysis and creative problem solving derived from your deep customer focus. Ideal candidates are passionate about test and learn programs proven to find better quality outcomes.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop the customer life cycle campaign strategy based on customer and competitive data across key markets/segments of Small Business, Mid-Market and Enterprise
  • Work with a network of world-class agencies and content partners
  • Establish KPI’s, data journey mapping, audience segmentation and targeting frameworks
  • Deliver end to end paid media and optimisation plans for SEM, SEO, mobile, social, programmatic and video advertising campaigns
  • Use tactics including audience segmentation, account-based or vertical-based targeting, customer journey mapping and marketing attribution or ROMI calculation
  • Design and implement demand generation programs in digital, social, telemarketing and events
  • Manage key F2F events to drive new relationships and revenue
  • Champion your initiatives by collaborating with and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Deliver real value with innovative acquisition and customer retention campaigns
  • Analyse performance metrics against benchmarks to improve the campaign performance

To be successful in this role, ideally you should have:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication with computer science or statistics in the field of study, however, relevant work experience is more important
  • Strong background in end to end B2B marketing – with digital and demand gen at the core
  • Experience in setting up automated marketing experience with Adobe Experience manager, Adobe Target, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
  • Technology, Telco or FMCG industry experience highly regarded
  • Strong ability to write briefs, manage campaigns and analyse performance data
  • Experience in audience segmentation utilising 1st party and 3rd party data
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Advertising and Marketing Operations landscape, including ad-serving platforms (DSP), Data management platform (DMP), tagging, dynamic content systems (CMS) and marketing automation.
  • Experienced in digital tools and applications such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Facebook or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Advanced knowledge in rich media, mobile, video, programmatic advertising and CRM
  • Strong analytical skills, with a critical eye to validate data quality
  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple work streams in cross-functional teams including with remote teams and across multiple time zones
  • Outstanding social and networking skills in a multi-cultural environment, strong oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced organisation
  • Strong budget management experience – including vendor set up, invoicing, payments with internal and external partners 
  • Flexibility to travel regionally and globally
  • Experience with MS Office with strong excel skills and ability to dive deep into metrics
  • Understanding local nuances of Small Business, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments is required
