In this role you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the marketing strategy and a range of activities to build and maintain strong relationships and performance within the adviser channel to help achieve the broader business objectives and goals.
You will report directly into senior management as part of a small team with one direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing lead nurture programs to drive new business and customer retention
- Deliver digital marketing campaigns utilising range of channels including media, web, social and brand to build awareness and drive acquisition
- Management of ongoing webinar program to drive leads and retention
- Planning and delivery of a range of customer communications on a regular and ad hoc basis
- End to end email campaign management including copy, optimisation and list management
- Support new product launches into the channel with marketing and communications
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and design sales tools to aid distribution
- Gather, analyse and interpret customer, competitor and market data to form actionable insights that help drive sales and marketing activities
- Collaborate with various specialist marketing teams (insights, brand, digital, creative etc) to leverage work in the channel throughout the rest of the business
- Management, support and development of one direct report
Ky Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field- essential
- 8+ years B2B and B2B2C marketing experience in similar roles within investment management/wealth management- essential
- Strong understanding of all distribution channels, particularly advisers- essential
- Strong understanding of investment products, market, themes and issues across all asset classes
- Excellent broad marketing skills with strong lead generation digital marketing experience
- Data driven marketer who is also able to think and act creatively and innovatively
- Highly commercial, excellent business acumen
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder and deliver in complex, cross functional teams
- Outstanding communication and relationship building ability
- Experience managing and/or mentoring people an advantage
- Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics and Event Management software
