Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Brand Content Lead who will be responsible for managing the Fund’s brand content program and brand messaging planning. Reporting to the Senior Manager Brand this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help sensitise key audiences to the AustralianSuper brand, driving and sustaining brand awareness and preference. 

Working closely with the Senior Manager, you will plan the brand messaging framework, covering all content and communications delivered by the brand for member and non-member audiences. Partnering with the member communications team and Social Media Lead, you will also create and distribute content to existing members, measuring its performance against predetermined strategic objectives.

You’ll need…

You have brand communication planning experience at a senior level, and enjoy developing innovative content marketing strategies. You are highly familiar with media and channel planning, and are comfortable managing creative agency relationships, influencing your stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Analytically minded, you are effective at measuring and reporting on content activity, as well as translating customer insights into communications. You are tertiary qualified in Marketing or a related discipline.
