Our client is a boutique property brand undertaking an exciting period of growth. With a focus on innovation and establishing a business identity that has a social compass they are looking for a likeminded and experienced marketer to join their team.
This role will lead the marketing direction and launch of a socially minded property development project(s) in Melbourne. The project is not only set to change how cities are developed but also how communities within these cities interact and importantly how the members of these communities play a part in building these environments.
Reporting to the Development Director and working closely with the leadership team, this newly created role will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies across the residential development portfolio.
Deliverables include:
- strategic marketing and sales plans for projects
- project marketing budgets
- market, product and pricing research
- project marketing submissions, launch events and presentations
- stakeholder management
- performance reporting
- brand development and upkeep
The successful candidate will possess first class communication skill. You will be able to manage a diverse range of stakeholders, be a robust negotiator and be someone who enjoys getting the best from situations. You will be highly numerate, have sound judgement and have exceptional attention to detail. You will have tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or property and a track record in residential project marketing.
This is not a role for the faint hearted - it requires a person with not just marketing ability but with guts. You must be comfortable in making calls and giving your opinion. You need to be commercially savvy and genuinely interested in a getting the job done – the work will be hands on and you’ll be exposed to all areas of a development project.
