Our client is a well-known renewable energy retailer. They are an online electricity retailer, and are also available in the UK & Europe.

Currently, they are looking for a Retention & Engagement Manager. The purpose of this role is to leads the Retention and Loyalty strategies through to execution across the business to decrease customer churn, increase customer engagement and loyalty.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop Customer Lifecycle Management marketing strategies that leverage the brand, products and capabilities
• Leverage market leading technology to deliver personalised and connected experiences to customers across all channels and touch points
• Drive innovation through communications to ensure all customers have a positive experience
• Manage and negotiate strategic partnerships that will deliver value
• Drive a culture of high performance
• Optimise the allocation of marketing budget to drive productivity throughout the team

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
• 8+ year's experience in marketing strategy development 
• Experience developing retention strategies
• Significant experience developing and executing customer lifecycle strategies
• Marketing automation experience
• Demonstrated project management experience
• People leadership experience
