Position Overview

Based in Mascot and reporting to the Marketing Manager Power Distribution, this role is responsible for helping shape, support and execute the strategic marketing plan.

Job Responsibilities

• Map and analyze target market segments. Help formulate strategies, campaigns, events and lead generation activities to increase brand awareness and revenue streams within these segments
• Execute the marketing campaigns
• Produce digital and print assets for marketing campaign as well as assist with copywriting for adverts, editorials, case studies and thought leadership pieces
• Plan and execute customer events and training activities including the annual Sales Conference
• Report budgets and marketing activities on a monthly basis (campaigns, events, social media, content creation, lead generation etc)
• Carry out the roles and responsibilities as detailed in the quality, safety and environment policies and procedures
• Commitment to the quality, safety and environment and proactively reporting any risks and issues
• Understand Eaton’s Vision, policies, objectives and requirements of the quality, safety and environment management system

Key Requirements

• Experience in budgeting & expense management
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Basic proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
• Design skills (flyers, communication content, email campaigns)
• Passion for creation and design (by Adobe)
• Specialist in design marketing
• Event management experience
