Each day you come to work at finder, you will be sitting in a comfortable Aeron chair and working at a comfortable workstation in our stunning Sydney CBD office. The kitchen is well stocked with healthy snacks, drinks, fresh fruit and catered lunches are provided daily.

Who are you?
The Head of Growth Marketing reports to the CMO and will play a critical role in driving revenue and new customer acquisition across paid media channels including Paid Search, Display, Email, Social, Video and Audio. You will be responsible for formulating and executing the Growth Marketing strategy that delivers automation, scale and innovation by a thorough testing and analytics framework, allowing for learning, optimization and driving profitable growth at a rapid pace.
 
You are an established leader who has built in-house teams, knows how to grow for scale, is highly customer focused, has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. You will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the growth marketing strategy, implementation, monitoring, optimization, testing and analysis.
  • Accountable for high double-digit growth in revenue and new users across all digital channels.
  • Develop and grow a team of highly skilled marketing experts.
  • Create and scale processes that are efficient without losing quality.
  • Ability to strategically assess opportunities and make data-driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in performance.
  • Define KPIs to measure campaign success and forecast performance to inform accurate forecasting & reporting.
  • Develop robust test & learn plan, based on data & analytical insights, to improve performance throughout the conversion funnel.
  • Own the paid marketing budget including Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, Affiliate, Display, Video, Podcasts.
  • Provide strategic support for the broader marketing team to ensure connectivity and cohesiveness between brand, content marketing and performance marketing efforts.
 
Desired Experience and Skills:
  • A proven track record of success in digital marketing.
  • You have managed large paid search budgets preferably in a fast-paced environment and ideally within financial services or e-commerce.
  • Your analytical skills are exceptional; you can define and drive very detailed and complex experimentation projects while maintaining a high-level strategic perspective to link short-term objective and long-term vision.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to build a successful team and develop highly skilled marketing experts.
  • Deep knowledge of & hands-on experience managing key digital platforms – Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Apple Search Ads, DMPs, DSPs and other 3rd party vendors.
  • Deep understanding of how marketing channels complement one another in order to run effective cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive the highest efficiencies.
  • Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strategic self-starter who is comfortable navigating white space and isn’t afraid to make decisions in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
  • Must have a proven track record of driving projects from conceptions through implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate a vision and motivate, inspire and challenge a high-performing team to achieve that vision.
  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
