Job description:

Headquartered in Melbourne’s CBD, RACV is changing fast. We have significantly invested in data, analytics & insight and we’re really starting to kick some goals in this space. A critical part of the Research & Insights Analyst role is how we support the business with this information, and this is where you come in.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Strategy & Insights, your role is to generate customer and business performance insights to solve business problems and change RACV’s direction. Sound easy? Well the buck doesn’t stop there, you will also inspire and empower RACV to be more customer-centric. This will see you harness both survey and internal customer data assets to boost member engagement and growth whilst utilising member feedback to drive a competitive advantage.

Day to day responsibility will see you manage our existing Voice of Member program (NPS and member feedback); Brand and Advertising Tracker; third party suppliers and assist in the preparation of segment and category specific insights. Partnering with the business you will deliver some quick wins by proactively sharing strategic insights you discover through these programs and our various other member data and insight sources.

Collaborating and influencing stakeholders is essential to this role, as is extensive experience in manipulating and interpreting quantitative data. You’ll bring a relevant tertiary qualification to the role coupled with solid programming experience with SAS Enterprise Guide (or a similar tool). The successful candidate will be energised by influencing business direction, understand the importance of people and strive to build and foster new and existing relationships whilst demonstrating exemplary stakeholder management skills. Client-facing or internal consulting experience in a customer research or insights role will be highly regarded.

If you excel in a high-pressure environment, enjoy taking the lead on insight generation and can manage a workload that has competing deadlines across RACV we want to hear from you!
