The Role

We are looking for an eager professional to join our Digital Services Team as a Digital Project Manager, based in Sydney.

This role will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals both within the direct team and across the business.

About Ultradata

Established in 1977, Ultradata has a long, reputable history delivering core retail banking solutions to clients throughout APAC. In 2014, Ultradata introduced digital services to our suite of clients offerings which is focused on delivering websites and mobile apps to our clients.

The Digital Services team is currently comprised of Digital Project Managers, Digital Producers and CRO Specialists. The team works with Development and Consulting Services teams to deliver solutions across the client base.

With an employee based of 175, Ultradata employs professionals with exceptional skills in their craft, including Business Analysts, Full-Stack/Front End and Senior Developers, Project Managers and UX Deisgners.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Manage Multiple projects for a number of our clients including, website developments, native mobile apps, online marketing campaigns
• Manage client briefs, provide advice on solutions and deliver projects on time and on budget
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients
• Work closely with Development, Design and Innovation teams

Relationship Management:

• Manage accounts for clients on both retainer-based and 'time & materials' service models
• Work with the Digital Services team to schedule, manage and action tasks using JIRA
• Manage a broad range of client questions
• Take the lead in client meetings and product training (CMS, Mobile App, etc)

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years' experience in a project management, digital production or account management role
• Working knowledge of content management systems and HTML
• Campaign delivery experience (needs analysis, writing briefs, generating concept ideas)
• Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• This role will suit an experienced Digital Producer looking to move into Project Management or a Junior/Mid Weight Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career

Additional Skills/Experience (not essential)

• Digital Marketing experience (e.g SEO, CRO)
• Experience within retail banking sector
• Agency experience highly regarded
