We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager in all facets of the marketing function at our Caneland Central shopping centre.
Caneland Central is the largest shopping centre in the Mackay region and is conveniently located in the city. In 2011, Caneland Central underwent a redevelopment which included the addition of Myer, 120 new specialty retailers, a 750-seat food court, alfresco dining precinct, and is now 65,000sqm in GLA.
This Marketing Executive role is a diverse role and will include responsibilities such as promoting the national branding and positioning at a local level, participating in the delivery of national marketing campaigns, and providing marketing administrative support to the Marketing Manager. The role will also involve event planning to increase community engagement, developing and implementing a digital content plan as well as updating and maintaining localised content across all digital mediums.
A tertiary marketing-related qualification would be desirable as well as some previous work experience in a marketing position, ideally working in the digital marketing space. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills and experience in the planning and execution of online and offline advertising, along with proven skills in data analysis, exceptional customer service skills and stakeholder management. The ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast paced challenging environment is important.
