SALARY RANGE: $112,056 to $118,768 pa (plus 17% super)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (36.75 hours per week) and continuing

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will lead, develop, implement and review effective marketing and development strategies that builds the profile and reputation of the Deakin Business School and Deakin Law School and deliver positive engagement with external stakeholders to support achievement of our strategic objectives.
This will include:
- Developing a Faculty marketing and development plan and implement strategies and programs relating to the Faculty's objectives.
- Developing positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in order to identify and promote the Faculty, DBS and DLS achievements, strengths and differentiators.
- Reviewing existing domestic marketing and student recruitment programs to determine their impact on the achievement of Faculty objectives, within budget and with appropriate return on investment.
- Identifying opportunities to define or participate in high impact programs that optimise the Faculty's external profile and reputation.
ABOUT YOU
- A tertiary degree and postgraduate qualification with extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Extensive experience in marketing particularly the development of marketing and external relations programs across various marketing channels.
- Experience in client relationship management, particularly stakeholder engagement and/or media/PR/agency relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement, monitor and evaluate marketing and external engagement plans, innovation and strategies.
