We are looking for a highly motivated individual with marketing and administrative skills as the role involves implementing and managing internal and external digital strategies for marketing & advertising campaigns both onshore and offshore markets particularly South American markets. Ideally, you would have experience within Education or Migration Industry with a strong track record in building customer relationship. 

This role will ideally suit a current Marketing officer or office administrator or even Education Consultant who is looking to take the next step in their career and work autonomously on both Marketing and Administrative skills.

Essential criterion and the duties include the following:

• Business Administration or Marketing degree
• Prefer Spanish as well as Portuguese speaker who also have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Education consultants with prior experience will be given priorities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
• Attending to incoming telephone calls, emails and Facebook dealing with requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• The office administration tasks include, managing all general administration, typing letters and correspondence, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, the office filing system and ensuring all information is kept confidential.
• The marketing responsibilities include, sending mail-shots, assisting with the monthly newsletter, updating the website and posing on social media, and general assistance with marketing promotions.
• Suggest and implement digital marketing methods to increase profitability
• Previous experience in the same or similar role is advantageous
