Centaur is a leading software and service provider in the dental industry. We are experiencing strong growth and are expanding to take account of that growth. We have been active in the dental space for over 25 years and have a strong customer approach and commitment to innovation.
The in-house marketing team is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Marketing Executive to manage marketing implementation. Also to manage digital assets, to evaluate and improve site traffic, engagement, customer acquisition, conversion and improve the overall online customer experience. This is a 12 month contract with the opportunity to extend to a permanent position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and implementing campaign strategies, across a diverse range of products
- Creating strategies and content for social media and paid social media advertisements to drive demand generation
- Producing and managing assets for campaigns such as landing pages, content, banners, email, social media, SMS and electronic on–boarding etc.
- Managing social media channels, looking at growth and customer engagement
- Taking the lead on optimizing organic and paid digital channels
- Producing and maintaining campaign reporting to help the marketing team assess the success of current campaigns and optimise future campaigns
- Extracting data from the CRM for campaign segmentation, analysis and reporting
- Liaising with digital agency, partners and internal stakeholders
- Developing and monitoring email campaigns
- Updating, maintaining and creating content for two company websites
- Managing the budget for selected marketing activity
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field
- A minimum of 1+ years in marketing with an understanding of digital media
- Strong analytical abilities with the skills to pull out key data sets and report back for future optimization
- Experience using CRM databases. Knowledge of Sugar CRM or similar would be advantageous
- Experience in website management using WordPress
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM best practice
- Experience scheduling and publishing eDM campaigns, MailChimp or similar
- Knowledge of dental/health sector beneficial but not mandatory
As this is a newly created position, you will also need to be a self-starter with a mature attitude and ability to define and grow your role.
