Part-time role – 2 days a week

Story Bridge Adventure Climb (SBAC) is one of Queensland’s leading tourist attractions and we are currently seeking an ambitious and passionate marketing professional for a part time role.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Story Bridge Adventure Climb marketing plan including: 

  • Evaluate, measure and reporting on the performance of digital initiatives.
  • Social media strategies, communications, and event promotions. 
  • CRM implementation and identification of existing and new customer databases for new opportunities and market share growth.
  • Directing partnering agency for optimal SEO and organic web results.
  • Ability to report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Build an editorial content calendar to manage and plan targeted and timely campaigns.
  • Build email marketing campaigns against strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and develop website content. Coordinate with third part agency to report on effectiveness of website traffic and conversion strategies. 

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

  • Minimum four years prior experience in a marketing role with emphasis on digital marketing (degree in marketing preferred).
  • Ideally a combination of industry applicable experience within the tourism or leisure marketing industries.
  • Previous experience managing core social media platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe creative suite including InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop  desirable.
  • Solid email marketing and distribution experience.
  • Strong content management and CRM experience.
  • Experience in collecting and analysing market data.
  • Experience in effectively managing campaign budgets and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated with a proven ability to manage own time, multi-task and work well under pressure.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the successful candidate's skills and experience. Flexible work hours are available in consultation with management.
