The strata industry is booming in NSW and we can offer the right candidate the opportunity to join a growing team of trades professionals in our Property Care Division.
About the Role
Due to continued growth we are seeking additional permanent, full-time skilled tradespeople with excellent all-round experience to join our highly committed team of roving maintenance technicians.
You will be responsible for attending buildings in the Sydney Metro area that are managed by Strata Choice to carry out general building repairs in areas of common property. Using a company provided vehicle, you will be directed to undertake small scale repairs in a range of locations and buildings. This role will provide you with a great deal of work variety, autonomy and the opportunity for a consistent salaried income plus incentives.
About you
We are looking for a person who can work unsupervised and turn their hand to a variety of common repair tasks such as: tiling, gyprock repair, painting and carpentry.
To be successful in this role you will have: -
- The ability to communicate clearly with our clients on site
- Experience in the building/maintenance industry
- Good knowledge of common building repairs
- Good knowledge of and confident working with tools
- Able to work independently and self manage your time
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- A current drivers licence as company vehicle is provided
- Be a strong team player, with a professional, presentable work style
This is a full time permanent position as a company employee and the successful candidate will be required to pass reference and background checks prior to commencement.
