Siganto Air Service and Solutions Pty Ltd (SASS) is a long established leader in the provision of HVAC installations, repair, commissioning and maintenance services and is looking to expand their team in South East Queensland to employ a permanent Service Technician to their growing team.
About the role
We are seeking a self-motivated Service Technician to join our team. You will be customer focused, and deliver top quality service and communication to both our clients and internal staff. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven and has attention to detail.
Duties
- Maintenance and repairs to general mechanical services systems,
- Diagnosis and fault finding,
- AC installations and small projects,
- Estimating/pricing minor works,
- Available for on-call,
- Organise order/pickup parts and materials as required.
Skills and Experience
- Trade Qualified (Relevant to Mechanical Services),
- Current Refrigeration Handling Licence,
- Current Restricted Electrical Licence or higher,
- Current Manual Drivers Licence,
- Current Construction Industry Card (Blue or White card),
- Computer literate,
- Good communication skills both verbal and written,
- Sound judgement and ability to make competent decisions in a professional manner,
- Safety aware.
- Good customer service.
The successful applicant will be issued with a smart phone and tablet, a company vehicle, uniforms, RDO's and a competitive wage to suit the applicant's experience.
