NRMA MotorServe is actively seeking a Service Advisor/Customer Service Representative, to join their busy store in Marrickville.

The role:

• Customer Service and Member relations
• Providing general mechanical advice/quotations
• Face to face and phone query management
• Help to ensure the store and business achieves its key targets
• Stock control, invoicing, ordering and general maintenance of the store
• Support to other team members as and when required
• Ensuring safe and inclusive work environment

To succeed:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Passion for the Automotive Industry
• Excellent customer service & multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills and complaints resolution handling
• Experience in sales desirable
• Ability to work every second Saturday until midday
• Solid computer and system experience
• A current Trade Certificate or equivalent is desirable but not essential
