Experienced general labourer required for numerous busy construction sites around South Brisbane.
Your new company
An established construction company that has multiple sites across the Southside of Brisbane is currently seeking several labourers to start immediately with the aim to support existing and future projects. Due to an increase in work around the area, we are looking for multiple labourers to join our team and to continue providing top quality work whilst maintaining a safety conscious approach.
Your new role
You will be assisting a range of different tradesman and undertaking a variety of roles including manual handling, operating power and hand tools, site clean ups and general construction work. You will be expected at times to take initiative and work independently to deliver outstanding results on a number of fast paced construction sites
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you will have previous construction experience and a strong work ethic. You will need to have a white construction card and be able to provide relevant working references. You will have had general exposure to work such as (but not limited to) manual handling, operation of power tools and general labouring. Additional tickets like confined spaces, working at heights and EWP will be highly advantageous. You will be reliable, hard working and have your own transport.
