CBC is now recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Carpenter for maintenance and project works, to start as soon as possible in the Brisbane area. Candidates must have current trade experience.
In this role you will be required to carry out all round maintenance which will include refurbishments, fit out and de-fit out projects, repairs to building façades and interiors, painting / patching, carpentry works, replacing doors and door locks, and related ad-hoc maintenance duties as directed.
To be successful in your application for this role, you will have previous all-round maintenance experience, be well presented and have good communication skills.
Skills and experience must include:
- A trade certificate in Carpentry.
- General handyman skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A can do attitude.
- Current Drivers License.
- OHS Induction Card / White Card.
