RBD Electrical & Instrumentation is a State-wide Electrical Contractor (Licence 937060) specialising in EHV, HV, Industrial, Commercial, Instrumentation and Service projects/jobs with 90+ employees state-wide. Due to continued growth in Hobart since 2014 we are seeking A-Grade Electricians and Trade Assistants to join our 30+ Derwent Park team.
Our business track record is not to man up for projects and then shed labour at project completion. RBD values its staff and recognises that your employment with us is a partnership. All apprentices we have hired have gone on to have continued work with us. Minimum Requirements:
- Current Registered Cabler's License with UTP & (preferred) Fibre (commercial positions)
- Experienced in all aspects of electrical industrial works (Industrial positions)
- WHS White Card
- Current Manual Driver’s License
- Tasmanian Practitioners License
- Must be safety and quality oriented
- Must be a team player
- Must have very good attention to detail
- Be able to present and deal with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to liaise, communicate and co-operate with staff members, customers and third parties to ensure high level of service and a quality product is provided to all customers.
- Current Senior First Aid, CPR & LV Rescue, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness Certificates (preferred).
- Additional qualifications and experience would be beneficial.
