Cabled and Wired Pty Ltd is an established electrical contracting business located in the Eastern Suburbs, Botany NSW.

We are integrators of electrical, data and telecommunication solutions servicing the commercial market, primarily in the Sydney CBD, in office fit-out and light construction sector.

We have available for immediate start, a licensed electrician's position as well as electrical apprentice positions, to suit a well-presented person with high work standards and ethics, who is reliable, punctual and highly motivated, and likes to be challenged and rewarded for their hard work.

Licensed Electrician- Contract to Permanent Role

We require someone with a NSW (or equivalent) Electrical Licence . Minimum 2 -3 years experience, ACMA - Cabler Licence, OHS Card, able to run jobs unsupervised and read plans, supervise apprentices, knowledge and experience in commercial office environments, adhere to instructions and all Work Health and Safety guidelines and be able to work weekends and overtime when required.

Apprentice Electricians

Are looking for a career in electrical?  Employment will be on a permanent full time basis, after completion of a successful trial period. As part of employment, you will be enrolled in a recognised Apprenticeship program. On successful completion of your apprenticeship and TAFE, you will receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Electrotechnology.

This is a fantastic role that represents an opportunity for anyone interested in starting a career in the electrical and communications field.

You will be required to work primarily in commercial environments with a skilled team to support you. You will need to be well presented, flexible, self motivated, trustworthy and reliable.

Duties include;

• Work closely with your fellow employees to learn the trade

• Take initiative to learn and undertake tasks so that you can expedite your learning

• Be a team player and always assist your fellow employees with tasks at hand

• Ensure safety all procedures are adhered when at work for everybody's safety

• You must be reliable and respectful to all employees, contractors, site supervisors and clients in the best interest of the business

• Adhere to all Work Health and Safety guidelines.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:

• OHS Construction Induction Card

• Proficient in Maths and English

• Current NSW driver's license                                             
• Ability to work overtime and weekend is a must due to nature of work.
