Toolmaker/CNC Machinist
- IMMEDIATE START
- Rate negotiable of experience
- Monday-Friday 38+ hours per week
About the company:
Leading Eastern Suburbs based electrical engineering manufacturer supplying product to the power and mining sectors internationally and Australia wide.
In this role you will be:
- Programming, setting and operating CNC lathes and milling machines
- Set and operate conventional machine shop equipment
- Read, interpret and modify CNC cutter path programs
- Reading from engineering drawings
- Measure and record data
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience with setting and operating CNC lathes and milling machines(live tooling preferred)
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Experience in plastics processing
- Excellent communication skills
