About the job
They require a semi-productive Workshop Foreman for their busy Service Department.
In this role you will:
- Supervise and lead the technical team to deliver high-level workmanship that will ensure happy and repeat customers.
- Share your knowledge will all technical team and ensure appropriate training is being provided.
- Train and mentor the apprentices, and inspire them to feel pride in their work.
- Assist the Workshop Controller and Service Manager to ensure efficient and productive operation of the service department.
- Assist the Service Advisors and liaise with customers as required to explain technical issues.
- Help technicians and apprentices to resolve specific problems.
- Carry out service and repairs.
The person we seek
- You will be a trade qualified Automotive Technician with 10+ years industry experience.
- You will be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and friendly, helpful approach to work and life in general.
- You will be a good communicator with a natural leadership style and desire to share knowledge and teach others.
