Carpenter

• General maintenance & renovation work on housing trust properties in the Adelaide Metropolitan area
• First and Second Fix carpentry
• Repair/replacement of eaves, barges and fascia boards
• Gutter & minor roofing repair
• Replacement/repair of doors & windows and kitchen renovations

These roles may require undertaking work on construction projects out of Adelaide from time to time. A higher hourly rate inclusive of all allowances and accommodation and meals will be provided for all away work.

Plumber

• First fix plumbing for commercial and residential buildings
• Installation & maintenance of hot & cold water and copper pipework.
• Repair of taps, toilets, drains and related fixtures

  General Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• Trade qualified carpenter or plumber
• Solid experience in general carpentry or plumbing especially in housing construction and maintenance sector
• Fit and able for manual work
• Able to pass a National Police Check
• Current drivers licence
• Available to work away interstate/remote projects from time to time
